Refund policy

We are committed to ensuring that our customers are happy with our products. We check all our orders and products thoroughly before sending them off for delivery. Thus, all sales orders are non-refundable.

We have a 7-days exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to write to us to request a exchange for store credits. Items exchange are subjected to stock availability.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damaged packaging would not be eligible for returns. Please do not stick any return consignment slips on the product packaging.

Items under accessories and sales tab, including the Women Swimwear collection (due to hygiene purposes) is non-exchangeable for store credits.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@wheniwaslittle.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credits:

  • Store Credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
  • Store Credits will not be eligible for further returns or exchanges. 
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store Credits cannot be transferred to another person or account.

  • Store Credits are non-refundable.

  • Store credits cannot be combined with any promotional codes.

Defective / Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon receiving them, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items under sales tab or purchased during our sale period, accessories, and Women Swimwear.
