The India and Grace beautiful Shirred Tutu Romper in Light Cream Floral features a cotton linen shirred bodice with elastic waist. Straps are adjustable and ties into a perfect bow. Made from a soft tulle over lay material. Romper is also fully lined in soft cotton for extra comfort, and includes snaps buttons for easy dressing.
