The India and Grace beautiful Shirred Tutu Dress in Light Cream Floral features a cotton linen shirred bodice and sweet floral print. Straps are adjustable and ties into a perfect bow. Made from a soft tulle over lay material with cotton linen skirt. The dress also comes with an elastic waist band and soft cotton lining for your little girl's comfort.

Suitable for birthday, special occasions, photoshoots, weddings and more.
